Compared with ordinary high manganese steel blow bars, the service life is extended by 2-3 times, and it can continuously process 50,000-80,000 tons of materials without replacement; second, the impact plates and liners are made of "Mn18Cr2" ultra-high manganese steel, which has excellent impact toughness and wear resistance, and can withstand repeated impacts of medium and low-hardness materials without deformation; third, the main shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA high-strength alloy steel, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment and precision machining, greatly improving the bending strength and fatigue resistance, and can withstand high-speed rotation and impact loads for a long time, avoiding major failures such as main shaft breakage.

3. Intelligent Control System, Realizing Automation and Precise Regulation

To meet the automation needs of modern production lines, Dongmeng impact crushers integrate a "PLC intelligent control system + human-machine interface": operators can monitor equipment operation parameters (such as motor speed, crushing chamber temperature, feed rate, finished product particle size) in real time through the touch screen, and remotely adjust key parameters such as blow bar speed and impact plate gap according to production needs without on-site manual operation; the system has "overload protection" and "fault early warning" functions. When uncrushable materials such as metal blocks enter the crushing chamber, the motor automatically reduces speed and triggers an alarm to avoid damage to the blow bars and main shaft; at the same time, the system can record equipment operation data (such as cumulative operation time, blow bar wear, fault records), generate production reports and maintenance reminders, helping enterprises achieve refined management and reduce manual inspection costs and downtime losses.

4. Lightweight and Modular Design, Adapting to Various Application Scenarios
